February's Moon was named after the snowy conditions. Some North American tribes named it the Hunger Moon due to the scarce food sources, another name may be Storm Moon.The Sun sign Aquarius: January 21 – February 19, rules most of the month, producing a full moon in Leo. After February 19th, the sun sign Pisces will produce a full moon in Virgo.
